No heaters , none of the geysers were working .Management is very poor.
Hotel resturant charging more than mrp for things .
Only good part is proximity to ganga ghat.
The property has a beautiful terrace restaurant with a very large open space, and the rooftop is also available. In the evening, we hosted a wonderful party on the rooftop with around 50 friends and family members. The Ganga view from the rooftop was very clear and breathtaking. During the daytime, we also enjoyed plenty of sunlight.
At around 11:00 a.m., we attended yoga classes, followed by spa services and meditation. The hotel also has a dedicated meditation platform, which adds great value to the overall experience.
The food is number one—excellent quality and taste. The services are outstanding, and the staff is very professional and supportive. Overall, Ruby Stone Hotel is a very nice property, highly recommended for a peaceful, comfortable, and memorable stay in Rishikesh.

We really enjoyed the delicious jain food prepared by Chef Santosh. We would 100% recommend this place for people looking for Jain food.

We are incredibly grateful to FB Manager Gajendraji, who took care of every single food preference with so much sincerity, including preparing Swaminarayan meals for us every day. He constantly checked in to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment of our stay.
A very special appreciation to Head Chef Santoshji, whose cooking made us feel right at home. He went above and beyond by preparing fresh fafda on request, something they had never made before, just to make us happy. That gesture alone speaks volumes about the team’s commitment to caring for their guests.
We also want to acknowledge Sanchita from the reception team, who greeted us with warmth and ensured a smooth, pleasant experience throughout our stay. Her professionalism and friendly nature added to the comfort we felt at the property.
Every meal was delicious, thoughtfully prepared, and tailored exactly to our needs. The level of personal attention from the entire staff was exceptional.
